This place is great. It is a bit tucked away, since you have to go into another building before coming here but it's easy to find and worth it. Food: fantastic. If you want great Mexican food, there are so many great places to pick from in Clovis and this one is one of those places. The enchiladas are delicious and I love their specials. They really capture the depth of flavor in Mexican cuisine. Service: three thumbs up. They're usually always on it, and are quick to get you your food and drinks. Theyll also offer recommendations when asked for it and give you honest feedback. Atmosphere: it's a well decorated restaurant. I wish it had more natural lighting but it is very well lit. I prefer to sit near the bar area, which has plenty of space and love that sports are usually on. It's a good chill vibe Definitely recommend

The restaurant is set up really nice. The staff was very attentive, constantly offering refills for drinks and chips. The steak fajitas were delicious!

ITS SO PRETTY IN HERE!!! The waiters are so nice and I got refill without asking. The corn tortilla soft taco is sooooo good!! 10/10 recommended!!! (Me personally, I didn't like the red sauce, I recommended the green sauce instead)

The joy that filled my heart to see Guadalajara reopening is hard to express. I have such wonderful memories of the old Guadalajara, when I was a kid. I would beg to go there every time I visited Clovis. We were in Clovis for three days this week and I went to Guadalajara for a meal EVERYDAY!! The staff was warm and welcoming and the food was just like I remembered. Delicious homemade salsa and unlimited chips. Ground beef enchiladas with red sauce are my favorite. The guacamole is fresh and without extenders (onions, tomatoes, sour cream, etc). And then there is the grand finale...sopapillas with honey. So yummy! So perfectly hot and fluffy. Sounds like this test kitchen is just a warm up for a great restaurant next to Big Lots...coming soon! Can't wait to check it out next time I am in town. Thanks Mike, Kirsty, secret sopapilla maker in the kitchen and the rest of the staff. We love Guadalajara!!!

Feels comfortable and friendly. Staff is very happy and smiling. Not too loud or quiet. Just right. I love that they left the mural. It shows appreciation of history and art. May this place bless so many to come.

Had enchiladas with red sauce, the mole sauce was amazing. Flavor great the fresh made salsas WOW. Great service from out of town for work great place to sit done and eat. Only issue needs better sign to identify where you are.
